My Mother, Bertha Louise Evans-Brittingham Parents and Grandparents on both her Mother and Father's Side-Miller, Kisner, Evans

Joseph S. & Sarah Elizabeth Evans, My Mom's Father's parents.
Sarah was married before she married Joseph and had 3 children. Joseph and Sarah were married November 26th, 1885. They had 4 children, Loa, Major Bennett,George Robert (Mom's Dad) and John..  Grandpa Evans was raised by a lady in Butler, Connie knows her name and I remember Mom talking about her, but I did not listen quite enough to remember, I think Mom referred to her as "Betty" or Grandma White? Sarah went on to married 2 more times, she died at age 84, December 2, 1938, she was born Sarah Elizabeth Richards in Kent County, Delaware, November 2, 1854.
Mom's Mother's Parents, Carroll Kendrick Miller was born in Saginaw County, Illinois in 1857. During the Civil War the family lived near Booneville, Mo. They had a promising corn crop in the river bottom until General Price's army moved through destroying the crops and taking all the livestock.
Moving to Bates Country after the Civil War, Carroll met and Married Susan Eveline Kisner on January 1, 1890. Her Grandfather, Samuel Kisner, settled in West Virginia after the Revolutionary War. He married Mary Wooget. Her Father was Ashford Kisner.
