Was Dad Suppose to be Left Handed?

It hit me the other day that I never saw Dad write anything except his signature? He always dictated to Mom and she wrote everything he wanted. Mom always said she thought Dad should have been left handed? She said, "went he takes off his boots he always sits them down opposite as to how you would put them on again." Dad's signature NEVER varied much at all, I looked over many documents and they all look almost exactly alike! If in grade school they insisted Dad write with his right hand then I understand the challange he must of had trying to write with his right hand and not wanting to or being able to write a lot.
