Raynes World Key Lime Pie

Last Friday evening Bill and I visited Mark at his new home in Weston (which I sold him last May)

He cooked us dinner and it was AWESOME! He made salad, salmon, baked sweet potato and his home made Key Lime Pie. Mark lives on the bluffs just 1 block N. of downtown Weston. He has the absolute best living situation, his home is secluded but he can walk 1 block to Weston downtown district. He loves it! After dinner we retired to Mark's new hot tub in his back yard. It was a cold, clear night and perfect for relaxing and star watching.


Mark's Key Lime Pie Recipe
1/3 cup and 2 Tablespoons Key West Lime Juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup cool whip
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
Mix all up and pour into the crust
Refrigerate 2-3 Hours
