Mom and Dad's Anniversary Nov. 13th 1943 "Always & Forever"

Mom and Dad were married at the Justice of The Peace at the Courthouse in Butler. Mom told me they went by themselves and there were not pictures, cake or traditional wedding things. Mom always felt like she missed the true wedding ceremony. I would have loved to see photographs. Today they are again very much missed in my life. I start to think how simple Mom's life was and she so enjoy attention. I wish I had spent more time with her and Dad and listened to more stories of their life.
